Returns

We offer a 60 day return policy on this item.

We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. We will offer a complimentary replacement for any defective items or any items that are shipped in error. Returns for a refund may be subject to a $7.95 shipping and handling fee. Returns must be unworn and in original saleable condition. Products received that are not in saleable condition may be rejected or may be subject to a restocking fee. Please visit the returns and exchanges page on our website to make arrangements for your return. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

No refunds or exchanges on items marked Final Sale. We will offer a complimentary replacement for any defective items or any items that are shipped in error. Shipping, warranty and insurance costs, and gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Warranty

We offer a 60 day warranty on this product against any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover lost or damaged items in shipping, batteries, and normal wear and tear.

Retourneren en terugbetaling

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you require a reprint or refund, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can while sending defective image). 

All our product are custom made and built and being crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.
