Retourneren en terugbetaling
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you require a reprint or refund, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can while sending defective image).

Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.
